Listing Policies
Listing Requirements
- Provide accurate and complete item descriptions
- Use clear, high-quality photos of the actual item
- Clearly state condition, specifications, and any flaws
- Sellers may set their own preferences for transactions (payment terms, shipping methods, etc.)
Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited from being listed on TradeJock:

Guns & Firearms

Transaction Guidelines
- Both buyers and sellers are responsible for maintaining proof of transaction details
- Keep records of receipts, invoices, and communication records
- Follow agreed-upon terms for payment and shipping
- Communicate clearly and promptly with your trading partner
Dispute Resolution Process
If a dispute arises between trading partners:
- Contact the other party directly to resolve the issue amicably
- If unresolved, contact TradeJock support with all relevant evidence
- Provide clear documentation: receipts, messages, photos, etc.
- Allow 3-5 business days for TradeJock to review and respond

- Register with accurate, verifiable information
- Maintain a complete and up-to-date profile
- Use a strong, unique password for your TradeJock account
- Report any suspicious activity immediately to support
- Log out from shared devices and public computers

- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at our discretion
- Users will be notified of significant rule changes via email or platform notification
